All new clients begin with a meet-and-greet in Dundee, usually Monday–Friday between 4pm and 6pm. We’ll talk about your dog and the care you need before agreeing any booking.

Have another question?Can I book straight away?
New clients need a meet-and-greet and approval first, then a completed care agreement. Existing clients can request care, but every booking is subject to availability and is only confirmed when Golden Paws confirms it.
Do you accept aggressive dogs?
No. Golden Paws does not accept aggressive dogs. Please tell us about your dog’s behaviour and care needs in advance. Undisclosed behaviour that puts people or animals at risk may result in immediate termination of care.
How do payments work?
Boarding deposits are required. Daycare and walks must be paid in advance. Regular walking slots are reserved and chargeable unless agreed otherwise. Invoices are handled manually and payment details are confirmed once your booking is approved.
What about drop-off and pick-up?
Drop-off and pick-up times must be agreed in advance and followed. Please discuss the times you need when making your request.
Can I see availability online?
Availability changes regularly. Contact Golden Paws with your preferred dates and service so we can check. Sending a request does not confirm a booking.
Which walking slots cover my area?
Each slot includes collection, a one-hour walk and return. Exact collection and return times vary with traffic and the number of dogs.

What vaccinations and treatments are required?
Dogs attending boarding or daycare must have up-to-date vaccinations and flea/tick treatments. Boarding clients must send proof of vaccinations privately to Gabby before approval. If anything is overdue or you are unsure, contact Gabby to discuss it.
How do I enquire?
New clients can use the meet-and-greet form; approved clients can use the booking request form. You can also message Golden Paws on Facebook. Sending a request does not confirm a booking.
